Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Afurniturecompany.com only ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States, and not to any U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Afurniturecompany.com does not ship merchandise to any international locations, including Canada and Mexico. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Cancellations
All orders may be canceled anytime before items are shipped.
Refund Policy
100% refund are available anytime before the item is delivered. No refunds will be available after merchandise has been delivered and the customer signs a form stating that he/she is satisfied with the merchandise and its condition.
Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please inform our delivery team or contact us at Afurniturecompany.com customer service at time of set-up and we will gladly take it back. No additional charges or fees will be incurred by rejecting the merchandise at this time. However, no refunds or returns will be available after merchandise is delivered and the customer has signed a form stating that the merchandise and its condition are satisfactory. Afurniturecompany.com only sells brand new merchandise, and cannot take back any merchandise that have been used.
Items delivered by UPS or Fedex must be returned in original packaging at customers' expense, and may only be returned if we have been contacted at support@furnlander.com within 48 hours of delivery to request return merchandise authorization. All returns must have prior authorization and include the return merchandise authorization number on the package. You have 30 days to return any items that you're not completely satisfied with. Please note, there will be a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. The total amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Eligibilty
Items must be in new condition and must be returned in original packaging. The item cannot be assembled or modified in any way. All returns must have prior authorization and include the return merchandise authorization number.
Product Warranty
Afurniturecompany.com provides a limited one (1) year warranty on all products to be free from any manufacturer defects, which does not include accidental damages, rips, spills, tears, etc. Leather furniture must not by cleaned with any type of chemical products. Limited warranties are non-transferable, and are only given to the original purchaser. Merchandise purchased for commercial use is not covered by our limited warranty or any other warranty.
Legal Notice
All notices from Afurniturecompany.com to You may be posted on our Website and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Afurniturecompany.com shall be made either by regular mail, sent to the address we provide on our Website.
Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Afurniturecompany.com five (5) days after the date sent.
