How long will it take to receive my order?

After you place your order, we will contact you to confirm your delivery date. We pride ourselves in delivering as fast as possible.  Typical orders are processed and delivered within 72 hours of order placement.

What is White Glove Delivery?

The delivery team will unload and place all items in the room of your choice. They will unpack, remove or dispose of all packing materials. It also includes any required assembly and transporting of your order up or down a maximum of three (3) flights of stairs.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please inform our delivery team or customer service at time of set-up and we will gladly resolve any issues. 

What if the merchandise arrives in damaged condition?

Please check carefully for any such problems at time of set-up, and if there is any issue, please inform our delivery team or contact us at Afurniturecompany.com customer service, and we will gladly resolve any issues. Afurniturecompany.com offers a limited one (1) year manufacturers warranty on all products.

What should I expect at time of delivery?

At time of delivery, we will assemble all necessary items and place the merchandise where you want them. Please ensure that the merchandise and its condition are satisfactory during set-up.
